All Orders Generally Ship within 7 TO 10 Business days of Order, being Monday thru Friday. All Orders ship via USPS 1st Class Mail with Tracking. Please consider this when placing orders to meet Sobriety birthday dates. Delays can happen with our shipping schedule based on our staff schedules.

ERRORS & RETURNS

Please contact us immediately if you receive an order in error. The correct item will be shipped generally within 2 business days of notification. A self addressed envelope/package will be provided for the return of the incorrect item. If the incorrect Item(s) are not returned, your account will charge for the additional item, including shipping charges and any applicable taxes.
